My home based studio is located in Red Wing, MN. I offer personalized digitized edge-to-edge quilting adjusted in scale to give your quilt a custom look at an affordable price.  

 

E2E quilting stitches across the quilt and is not area specific. With digitized quilting the design possibilities are endless, stitches are even and precise, and the repeating designs nest beautifully together.

You are important to me. When you entrust your quilt to my care you can rest assured that I will remain in close communication with you about your quilt, providing updates and pictures by text messaging or email.

 

The aesthetics of your quilt is important to me. My special talent is to "read" your quilt top and find the perfect design for it. I then adjust the design in size and density to create a lovely texture that will enhance and complement your quilt without overpowering it.

More about me: I started quilting more than 30 years ago as an answer to prayer. I was seeking a way to work through a profound loss. I started with hand stitching and discovered when I picked up a needle to stitch, the rocking movement of hand quilting was prayerful and healing.

 

Quilting also provided me an outlet for creative expression; my interest in the design and colorwork of quilting quickly outpaced the slowness of my hand stitching; so after a couple of years I switched to piecing by machine. 

 

I added the Bernina Q-24 longarm with Q-matic to my sewing studio in 2017 and fell in love with the beauty and precision of digitized quilting.
